Job Offer: Chief Marketing Officer

Fresh off of an investment from Rockaway Capital, we are an emerging company that sits at the intersection of real estate, technology and culture in the space-as-a-service proptech industry. Exemplified with our existing project, Manifesto Market, we are providing property and digital solutions for a rapidly changing retail and gastro environment. We are expanding rapidly with pipeline projects under consideration in Europe, North America and Asia. We are looking for an essential member to join our international team.
We are looking for an experienced professional who will develop and lead effective marketing and business development initiatives, combining performance marketing and commercial partnerships.
Business development: partnerships acquisition.
Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, sponsorships/partnerships, marketing communications, and advertising.
Generate revenue by acquiring business partnerships via brand activations and other initiatives.
Acquire and leverage global & local sponsorships through marketing activities that engage clients and consumers.
Work closely with our CEO on go-to-market strategies, create clear business & marketing strategy and KPIs & co-produce the annual revenue plan.
Lead business development and marketing department & team (manage objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring).
Oversee all marketing activities across the full marketing mix.
Keeping up to date with industry and technological changes that impact the business.
Develop the concept of the company’s loyalty program and CRM activities.
Implement new revenue-generating products (experiences).
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Strong strategic sales & marketing background with at least 7 years of experience delivering measurable business results, managing sales & marketing team.
Strong knowledge of the relevant target markets, industry trends and competitors & existing network of relevant business contacts.
Strong presentations skills.
Ability to develop valued relationships with high-level partners management.
Manage challenging situations and recommend effective solutions to problems
Think in terms of business management, including demonstrating cost effective ways to increase productivity, manage expenses etc.
Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to the questions and needs of those they work with, including routine status updates on work in progress.
Can move between strategic thinking and implementation with attention to detail and follow through.
Work efficiently to manage multiple demands and sometimes shifting/conflicting priorities by applying organizational and time management skills, teaming and effective delegation.
Fluent Czech and English.
